Express Check-In

**Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within our rooms and within 30 feet of the building. Engaging in smoking in non-smoking areas will result in a $250 fee. Additionally, there is a $50 fee for disposing of cigarette butts on the ground. 

**Pet-Friendly Rooms: Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. Failure to declare your pet will incur a $100 fine.

**Occupancy Limits: For the comfort and safety of all guests, the maximum occupancy for each room must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Any undeclared guests will result in an $80 charge per person per night.

**Quiet Time: We enforce a quiet time starting at 11pm. Continuously disturbing the tranquility after 11pm may result in eviction without a refund.

**Property Care: Any damages beyond normal wear and tear to the property will be the responsibility of the registered guest.

**Key Cards and Pre-Authorization: Kindly return your key cards upon check-out to avoid a $10 fee. Also, a $200 pre-authorization will be processed on the credit card provided during the reservation as a security deposit.

**Liability and Valuables: Management cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of personal belongings. 

**Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or disrupts the peaceful environment for other guests.
